Scotto & Associés has assisted the founders and management of AssurOne Group during the acquisition of the group by AnaCap, a European management company that specialises in investments in the financial services sector.
AssurOne Group is an online insurance brokerage firm, which has seen an annual increase in turnover of more than 40% since it was founded in 2004.
The Scotto & Associés team was formed of:
