Ardian and Crédit Agricole Assurances have entered into exclusive negotiations with Vinci on acquiring an equity interest in Vinci Park.
Scotto & Associés is assisting the management of Vinci Park with this transaction, orchestrated by a consortium formed of Ardian and Crédit Agricole Assurances alongside Vinci Concessions, which remains a minority shareholder, for an enterprise value of €1.96 billion.
The Vinci Park group, a world player providing comprehensive urban mobility solutions, manages almost 1.6 million parking spaces and associated services in 14 countries.
