Scotto & Associés advised the international management team at ICTS Europe on the reshuffling of its shareholding. Held since 2008 by German investment fund Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, ICTS Europe, a leading provider of security services and solutions for transportation and public safety industries (aviation, maritime, etc.), was acquired by the IPE group and its co-investor Sofinord.
With activities in 21 countries, essentially in Europe, but also Canada, Israel, and Thailand, ICTS Europe generated EUR 352 million in revenue in 2012.
The team led by Oren Sapir, comprising managers from a large number of countries in which the group operates, reflects the international culture at ICTS Europe.
