Scotto Partners alongside Scalian's managersthroughout Cobepa's acquisition of the group
Owned since 2015 by Andera Partners, the Occitan specialist in digital and organisational engineering has changed majority shareholder, with the outgoing fund reinvesting alongside the Belgian holding company Cobepa, which is taking control of the group as part of this secondary LBO.
