Scotto & Associés has assisted members of the Carle family, founders of the Babilou Group, upon the exit from the group's share capital of the investment fund Alpha and the acquisition of an equity interest by Belgian investment fund Cobepa and by Société Générale Partenaires.
The largest French network of nurseries for young children, Babilou reported turnover of around €150 million in 2012. The group employs almost 3,000 people across 200 private nurseries.
