Scotto Partners promotes Charlotte Hazan to partner

A new appointment at Scotto Partners !

Scotto Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlotte Hazan as a partner in the firm's Private Equity practice, alongside Isabelle Cheradame, Claire Revol-Renié and Adrien Badelon.

Charlotte Hazan holds a Master 1 in business law (Paris II) and is a graduate of the Institut de droit des affaires (Paris II). She has been a lawyer since 2013. After starting her career at Reed Smith, she joined the team that founded Volt Associés in 2016, before joining Scotto Partners in 2018 as an associate. Promoted to counsel three years later, she is now continuing her adventure with the firm by becoming a partner.

Charlotte assists management teams, mainly in private equity transactions, in negotiating, structuring and implementing the terms and conditions of their investment and profit-sharing agreements in primary and secondary LBOs.

She also advises managers, founders and shareholders of unlisted or family-owned companies on a wide range of issues, including reorganisation, external growth, governance and remuneration.

Charlotte is helping to bring about a generational change, while remaining part of the firm's history and culture.

Having just had her third child, Charlotte wants to work towards a better work-life balance.
