Scotto Partners Advises Brandalley in its Acquisition by Brandalley UK
Placed into receivership on 4 September 2019, the online retailer was bought by its former subsidiary, Brandalley UK, as part of a disposal plan approved by the Tribunal de commerce de Bobigny in a 16 December 2019 ruling.
Brandalley and its executives, represented by Paul-Henri Cécillon (Phinancia) and Jean-Jacques Raillard, were advised in the transaction by Thomas Bourdeaut (Partner) on Corporate and Restructuring matters and Bertrand Thibaut (Counsel) and Alban Tourneux on Employment Law aspects.
Thevenot Partners and Blériot et Associés acted as co-administrators.
