Scotto Partners advises the managers of Parthena Consultant as part of its acquisition of Project SI and its subsidiary Project PACA

Parthena Consultant, an integrator of management solution in the Paris region, has announced its sixth acquisition since 2018 with the purchase of all the shares of Project SI and its subsidiary Project PACA. The new entity represents a turnover of €28 million and 200 employees serving 1,500 customers.

Founded in 1990, Parthena Consultant is a major actor in digital transformation consulting and information systems services. The group meets the needs of companies in terms of accounting and financial management, payroll and human resources, dematerialization, sales and CRM, production and offers Cloud solutions. Parthena also develops specific solutions adapted to unique sectors such as the hotel industry, OPCOs, mutual insurance companies and associations. With a turnover of €14 million in 2018, Parthena has more than 130 employees and over 1,150 customers.

This acquisition is part of Parthena Consultant’s national expansion strategy, whose aim is to reach €30 million in turnover in 2022.
