PRESS RELEASE
Enovacom, the healthcare subsidiary of Orange Business Services, announces the acquisition of all shares in Exelus, a major player of the telemedicine at the origin of the Nomadeec solution. Exelus is a platform that facilitates communication between the medical or paramedical staff with other health professionals such as the SAMU (French emergency medical services).

The group works with healthcare professionals, with the aim of improving their daily lives through solutions for acquiring, protecting, exchanging, and exploiting healthcare data. In 2018, Enovacom joined the healthcare division of Orange Business Services.
As part of this transaction, Enovacom was advised by Scotto Partners with a team led by Coralie Oger (Partner) assisted by Clément Carol, Tania Lozano and Elina Alfarmini for the corporate/M&A aspects as well as Alban Tourneux as to employment law.
