Scotto & Associés assisted the management of Siaci Saint-Honoré during its investment in the LBO transaction carried out by the investment fund Ardian concerning the Siaci Saint-Honoré Group, acquired from the Edmond de Rothschild Group, Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) and Paris Orléans.
