SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS assists the management of Nocibé during its acquisition by Douglas

Scotto & Associés has assisted the management of Nocibé with the company's acquisition by Douglas, one of the leading European distributors of perfumery products and cosmetics, controlled by American company Advent International Corporation. The transaction has resulted in one of the largest perfumery networks in France.
