Scotto & Associés has assisted Verallia's management team during its acquisition from Saint-Gobain by the American fund Apollo Management International, which partnered with BPI France for the transaction.

One of the leading global glass bottle and jar manufacturers, Verallia reported turnover of over €2 billion in 2014. The group employs almost 10,000 people worldwide.
