SCOTTO & ASSOCIÉS assists Webhelp founders and management in their takeover of the group alongside KKR

Scotto & Associés is assisting the Webhelp founders and management team during the group's transfer from Charterhouse to the founders and managers alongside the American fund KKR.

With a 2015 turnover estimated at €725 million, Webhelp is the third-largest call centre in Europe, and employs 30,000 people across 21 countries worldwide.

The firm's team is formed of Lionel Scotto le Massese and Claire Revol-Renié, partners, and Adrien Badelon.
